Our Pure Vermont Maple Syrup comes in 4 grades
Golden Delicate - Usually made during the beginning of the seasons, this syrup has a subtle flavor that pairs well with ice cream and tapioca pudding. It is also used for maple cream and candy
Amber Rich- This syrup is typically produced early to mid season. A good all around syrup for those who like the maple flavor, paired with more nuanced notes
Dark Robust- This widely available grade has a pronounced maple flavor and is produced in the mid to late season. It pairs best with pancakes and coffee
Very Dark- Only produced at the end of the season, this syrup holds the strongest maple flavors and is best used for baking and cooking
Available sizes are Gallon, 1/2 Gallon, Quart, Pint, 1/2 Pint and 3.4 oz for plastic jugs. Glass sizes also include 500, 250, 100 and 50 ml and come in all the containers shown above.
Syrup
All of our syrup is made from our sugarbush, using 100% sugar maple sap. We strive to have the best quality syrup.
Candy
Our candy is made by us in our shop using our own golden delicate syrup. We can do large orders of custom candies.
Popcorn
Maple popcorn is a customer favorite. it is a great combination of a snack and dessert. It is made by cooking butter, syrup and sugar together to 275 degrees and then coating popped corn, followed by baking it in an oven.
